VMA GROUP & Jack Pascoe are working with an awesome utilities company that is in an exciting growth phase, expanding the marketing function. This search is for a positive, ambitious, and hands-on marketing manager to develop, implement, and execute the marketing plan, which will focus on business strategy encompassing segmentation, positioning, messaging, and campaign management, leveraging both digital and traditional marketing channels to drive growth objectives.
You will:
1. Develop and implement annual Marketing & Communications plans for the business.
2. Identify customer personas and create targeted collateral to support each stage of the customer journey.
3. Plan and execute demand generation and conversion initiatives, including organic and paid search campaigns, social media strategies, content creation, events, and more.
4. Manage and maintain a database of relevant contacts, leveraging demand generation marketing campaigns to drive engagement.
5. Identify business opportunities within key customer market segments to support sales and commercial objectives.
6. Build and nurture relationships with target groups, such as high-density developers, consultants, and architects.
7. Oversee the development of marketing collateral, maximizing synergies with the brand/business.
8. Contribute to content creation for blogs, white papers, website, social media, and other publications to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
9. Collaborate with our PR agency to foster media relationships and support PR and thought leadership initiatives.
10. Ensure brand consistency and compliance with established brand guidelines.
Additional Eligibility Requirements:
1. 3 Days minimum in the office located in Coventry.
2. 5 years minimum experience in B2B marketing at a similar level.
3. Degree or equivalent in Marketing.
4. LinkedIn campaign manager intermediate experience essential.
5. CRM Experience, preferably Salesforce.
6. WordPress experience.
