1X Leaving Care Personal Adviser Posts
Full time (37 hours), fixed term up to 12 months to cover Maternity Leave
£29,269 - £31,364 per annum

We are currently recruiting to the post of Personal Adviser in our growing Leaving Care Team service working with young people age 16-25, predominantly our UASC (Unaccompanied Asylum Seeker Children).
We can offer an Ofsted rated ‘Outstanding’ care leaving service.You will be supported with regular 1:1 supervision, reflective systemic meetings and colleagues who are passionate about what they do.
We work systemically with young people within Children in Care and Leaving Care.
We are looking for a very experienced, highly organised, knowledgeable and proactive Personal Adviser, with knowledge of leaving care legislation.
The ability to travel across a wide geographical area in a timely and flexible manner is essential.
