M4 recruitment are currently recruiting for Farm Labourers based in Great Missenden and the surrounding areas.
You MUST be able to get to Great Missenden for a 06:30 start. If you live further afield, you must be able to drive as there is very limited public transport access.
Main Duties:
1. General upkeep and maintenance of the farm.
2. Assisting in loading the vans at the end of the day.
Required Skills:
1. Must be comfortable working around animals.
2. Must be okay with some moderately heavy lifting.
Previous Experience:
No experience necessary, just a positive attitude and willingness to work hard.
Must have full UK right to work.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 06:30 - 15:30. Weekend work will also be required, but days can be picked by the candidate.
Pay:
1. Standard Rate - £12.04 an hour.
2. Overtime Rate - £16.01 an hour.
3. Weekend Rate - £16.01 an hour.
YOU WILL BE PAID EVERY FRIDAY.
