Requirements We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor. We welcome applications from those who would like either a full time, or part-time (30 hours per week) working pattern. This role will be office-based, with flexibility for 1 day working from home per week. You will assist the HR Director in creating a diverse and inclusive working environment where staff feel welcomed, supported, valued, trusted and engaged; and where staff can develop and grow their careers. You will be involved in the full range of HR activity that comes with the employee lifecycle, which includes but is not limited to: Recruitment and employee retention Managing attendance Supporting the performance review process Employee wellbeing Employee relations The review, development & amendment of policies Overseeing our apprenticeship program Managing the general enquiries that come into the shared HR inbox To be successful in this role, you should already possess, or be working towards the CIPD Level 5. You should also have had relevant experience of working in an HR role. You should also be happy working in a busy office environment and have a strong customer service ethos. Time management and attention to detail will be critical, along with excellent IT and data management skills. Benefits Salary : £30,749 £34,808 p.a.
