What you'll do
1. Manage end-to-end strategic Facility Management projects at national level
2. Ensure legal and operational compliance, through the implementation of statutory testing and due diligence
3. Support the regional Facility Managers by developing procedures and conducting trainings
4. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
5. Ensure the selection and appointment of external consultants and contractors, including running and participating in the negotiation / tendering of contracts
6. Manage and monitor external contractors’ performance
7. Analyze inspection reports, extract, and analyse sets of data to monitor on-going expenditure / trending building defects
8. Identify improvement potentials and develop implementation strategies
9. Develop and present concepts up to Board level
What you'll need
10. Degree educated (BSc/ MSc) in a technical/building services or business management discipline advantageous
11. Excellent organizational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail
12. An enthusiastic self-starter with passion, resilience, and adaptability
13. Ability to communicate confidently and effectively across all levels of the business
14. A passion for playing your part in a team and ability to work independently
15. Self-motivation and determination to succeed in a fast-paced, challenging environment
16. Experience working with suppliers, contract management and tendering (advantageous)
17. Building management experience (advantageous)
18. Strong computer skills, including Power point and Excel
19. Full valid driving license
20. Willingness to travel for 10-20% of the time with the occasional overnight stay
