Your future duties and responsibilities:
You will have an excellent understanding of the Shipley process and its application to develop Win Strategies. You will have attended the Shipley CP4SW and WWP training courses and achieved CGI certification.
This role requires a combination of expertise, commercial experience and natural propensity to build rapport and bring together disparate teams, personalities and roles to lead them through a process to deliver the required outcomes. The client propositions will typically include both ‘traditional’ AI and generative AI technologies that sit at the heart of everything we do. The IP&I team are tasked with introducing new technologies into our SBU and this role will help lead the charge to win innovative new solutions with our clients.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
•Demonstrable leadership of the Shipley process leading to successful win strategies.
•Experience of commercial sales processes, methodologies and tools used to qualify and win opportunities. These might include SPIN, Challenger Sale, MEDDIC, Solution Selling, Target Account Selling, Miller Heiman, etc.
•Experience of successfully operating as part of a team of consultants comprising multiple disciplines, seniorities and personalities.
•Ability to create high quality deliverables through excellent written and presentation skills.
•Credible presence in front of senior audience with an aptitude to influence leadership.
•Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships BU members (and potentially clients) to understand requirements and how these can be met through innovative ‘big picture’ thinking that challenges the status quo and how we can meet client goals.
•Experience of a broad range of software technologies.
