Sellick Partnership are recruiting for a Senior Management Accountant on a 6 month fixed term contract with a renowned, growing brand, with an excellent opportunity to advance in your career.
The Senior Management Accountant / team lead will take ownership of analysis, reporting, driving continuous improvement across balance sheet process and gaining excellent exposure to senior management and acting as a true business partner to drive improvement as they look to raise the bar and achieve a best-in-class finance function.
You will have the ability to challenge, influence and deliver change, impacting the future direction of the business. Alongside this, you will lead a small team of analysts whilst you continue to enhance your business partnering, management and process improvement skill set.
Responsibilities
* Lead a small team of analysts to review and enhance process and impact the bottom line
* Balance sheet reconciliation review and process improvement
* Opex Analysis & Cashflow Reporting
* Business Partnering with wider operational partners, reviewing process and driving improvement
* Challenge, influence and instigate change to work towards a best in class finance function
The Senior Management Accountant will ideally come from a qualified background (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with experience driving change and transition and working closely with the wider business.
You will be able to manage a small team, have a curious nature and always be striving to drive improvement and efficiencies to provide accurate reporting, speed of process to provide time to focus on more value-add activities.
Salary: £50,000 + double pension contribution + outstanding bonus + Hybrid (2 days from home)
