The opportunity ?
We know that creating engaging and effective content in our channels and through our proprietary products is a key part of building a great customer experience and ultimately driving business value. As we expand our owned channels, we're looking for someone to set and execute on a strategy for using content to drive search-engine and app-store optimisation, product conversion and long-term customer engagement, in line with our ambition to build the world's best loyalty website and App.
You'll resource, develop and lead a small Content team to ensure we have the right skillsets and focus on copywriting, UX writing, SEO, ASO and content management.
What you'll get up to ????
1. You will lead a team to plan, generate and publish content and copy across all channels in line with company content calendars, product priorities, marketing plans and your wider content strategy
2. You will work with Marketing to ensure we're using a consistent tone of voice and messaging across our digital customer touchpoints
3. You will prioritise content work to ensure resource capacity is focussed on the highest value output, communicating with stakeholders to ensure transparency
4. You will work with relevant Data teams to ensure we have the right reporting in place to measure the impact of content in line with it's intended goal
5. You'll work with Product and Data teams to build out a personalised content strategy over time, iterating and learning as we go
6. You'll be accountable for our content tooling, set-up and related processes, including CMS and DAM
7. You'll own the content lifecycle- ensuring content is up-to-date and ready for use across multiple touchpoints
What we need from you
8. With a smaller creative team, this is a multi-faceted content role and we are looking for someone who is eager for a broad role where they can take ownership and have a real impact
9. We recognise that with the breadth of the role, you may not have experience across every aspect. Experience in some or all of the following is beneficial: content management, copywriting, UX writing, SEO, ASO.
10. Experience leading and line managing content teams
11. Experience of delivering content to multiple digital channels
12. You'll have a strong knowledge of content tooling and it's effective use - we use Contentful as our CMS and Bynder as our DAM
13. Experience working within an agile product organisation
14. You'll be passionate about your area of expertise, keeping abreast of current/ future trends and best practice in digital and content design
15. You'll be open and collaborative, with the ability to work with and positively influence stakeholders
16. Strong focus on equity, diversity and inclusion to drive the highest performing teams
17. Experience within travel is a plus, but not essential
