About the Role:
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our partner's dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving lead generation and securing meetings with high-value potential customers. Your efforts will directly support the Account Executives in achieving their sales targets.
Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation: Collaborate daily with the Sales team to identify and establish high-quality leads for our Account Executives.
* Booking Meetings: Schedule meetings with high-value potential customers primarily through cold outreach via phone, social media, and email.
* Systems Utilization: Utilize tools such as Hubspot (CRM), LinkedIn Sales Navigator (prospecting), Zoom (video calls), Lusha (B2B database), and Gong (call recording/coaching) to enhance your effectiveness.
Requirements:
* Track Record: Proven success in prospecting, connecting with, and booking meetings with potential clients.
* Fearless Attitude: A relentless, resilient, and tenacious approach to lead generation.
* Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Personal Responsibility & Urgency: Results-oriented with a bias towards action.
* Enterprise Experience: Comfortable engaging with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.

* Bonus: Prior experience or knowledge in construction or construction technology is a plus but not essential.
Compensation and Benefits:
* Salary: £30-40k base salary (£40k - 50k OTE), commensurate with experience.
