HR Business Partner
Our client is currently seeking an HR Business Partner to join their established team.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
* Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
* Analyse HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
* Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
Qualifications
* CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification (or equivalent).
* Proven experience in HR roles, particularly in employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and management.
* Analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and trends for informed decision-making.
