Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a supportive primary school for a maternity cover position. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to gain valuable classroom experience in a nurturing and professional environment.
Position Details:
* Role: Maternity Cover Teacher (KS1 or KS2)
* Location:Lytham, FY8
* * Start Date: September 2025
* Duration: Until the post-holder returns
* Salary: Paid in line with experience and Teaching Personnel pay scale (AWR after 12 weeks)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
