Apprentices will undertake an initial structured departmental induction and training programme throughout the apprenticeship to enable them: To provide administrative support to the Employee Relations and Inclusion Teams. To provide an initial point of contact for both teams, promptly dealing with telephone enquiries, providing a friendly service. To work as part of a team, developing good working relationships with colleagues. To work flexibly and to be adaptable to the changing needs of the service.
