You will be joining an established team which advises a range of clients including regional and national housebuilders, affordable housing providers and landowners to name a few. Dealing with a variety of developments of various sizes, the appointed Residential Development Solicitor will be working closely with other members of the team on various residential development matters including acquisitions, promotion agreements and disposals, as well as managing transfers and co-ordinating with other teams within the firm on matters relating to residential development. THE CANDIDATE: You will have at least 3 years PQE in handling your own caseload of residential development matters gained within a leading regional or national law firm. You will have a strong desire to specialise within this area of law and be looking for a supportive and encouraging culture where you can see your career flourish.
