We have an immediate opportunity for a Business Development Representative to enhance our business-to-business sales efforts. This position is a full-time position.
With a ‘One Team’ mentality, the BDR will promote and sell franchise services in assigned territory, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. Also, grow and develop customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and to routinely contact and follow-up with customers and to build relationships and educate the customer on why PuroClean is the best restoration company. The BDR will also monitor and follow-up on all assigned jobs ensuring customer needs are met. They will ensure both internal and external communications are timely and effective. A PuroClean Business Development Representative takes pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world-class level of service which sets us apart from our competitors in the industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence.
2. Generate revenue through effective consultative and objective to objective marketing.
3. Build, maintain and service a ‘top 25 client’ list and provide lunch and learns and promote continued education courses.
4. Develop sales skills by understanding production, estimating, and all aspects of the PuroClean business.
5. Maintain detailed records of all interactions and input data into marketing software.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in restoration or property management marketing is a plus but not required.
2. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people. Asking open-ended questions and delivering the brand message.
3. Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win-win situations and support the business.
4. Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes, and community events in a group setting.
5. Ability to present yourself professionally and with integrity in a sales-based setting.
6. Must have a driver’s license and reliable car.
