What the Job Looks Like:
As the HR Administrator at HMP Forest Bank, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day functions of the HR team. Your responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining records and ensuring data accuracy.
* Coordinating recruitment support activities.
* Facilitating HR meetings.
* Processing employee absence records.
* Managing changes in pay and terms.
* Maintaining up-to-date electronic files.
* Setting up new starters and coordinating compliance checks.
* Conducting right-to-work vetting.
* Producing reports that track essential HR metrics.
