Job summary Responsible for providing an effective, efficient and professional outpatient appointments service. This includes; To provide a customer focused booking service To undertake 1st line management duties including ensuring staff training and development, performance management, Grievances, appraisals, absence management and staff adhere to the Trusts required behaviours and policies To assist the Support Manager in the provision of an OP Appointments and Reception Service to ensure both national and local targets and protocols are met, and data captured is relevant, timely and accurate. To supervise a team of staff ensuring rotas etc. are managed for the relevant team. Ensuring absence management and return to work interviews are conducted and system updated accordingly. Health Roster is accurate with hours worked, to ensure staff get paid correctly and on time.
