About The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Machine Supervisor at our potato packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire.
Working in a busy Production environment, you will be responsible for delivering performance through processes and machinery, ensuring safe and cost effective practices are adopted. You will share your specialist knowledge with others to continuously improve efficiencies. You will be required to manage a small group of staff, taking responsibility for all relevant production paperwork along with packed product quality.
Experience of operating Vertical Form Fill and Seal (VFFS) Machinery and Multihead weighers would be considered beneficial; however, full training will be given to the successful candidate if needed.
Expected Start Date: Immediate.
Hours of work: 6 am - 6 pm, 4 days on, 4 days off, rolling shift pattern.
Salary: £12.69 per hour
