I am currently recruiting on behalf of a close client of mine for a Regional Accounts Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity with a well-established manufacturing business. As Regional Accounts Coordinator, you will be responsible for liaising directly with customers to manage enquiries and deal with any issues that may arise.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Liaising with customers to help manage queries and issues that may arise.
2. Prepare customer quotations and orders.
3. Report any customer or system issues as and when they arise.
4. Work towards set KPIs to drive continuous improvement within the business.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
1. Previous experience in an account management position is highly desirable.
2. Knowledge of CRM systems is essential.
3. Experience working within a manufacturing business is highly desirable.
