Join our Central Finance Team at The Compleat Food Group!
Are you an experienced finance professional ready to lead and make an impact? We're seeking a driven and passionate Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our Finance Team and manage the end-to-end AP process. In this role, you'll oversee key activities like PO management, invoice processing, payment runs, supplier statements, and month-end reporting, ensuring a seamless and efficient service.
As one of two Accounts Payable Supervisors, you'll lead a team of 7 Accounts Payable Clerks, setting clear performance and quality standards to maintain high service levels. Reporting into the Group AP & AR Finance Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the success of our department.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 and Fridays 08:30 - 16:00, who doesn't love an early finish on a Friday?!
Your Duties Will Include:
1. Management and training of the Accounts Payable team (7 direct reports)
2. Provide frequent 1-2-1s with the Account Payable Clerks and support their development along with managing performance matters if they arise
3. KPI Reporting
4. Query Resolution
5. Aged Creditors/Debit Balance Reviews
6. Invoice Processing
7. PO Raising/Management
8. New/Amended Supplier Set Up Requests
9. Ensure completion of Supplier Statement Reconciliations
10. Support with Process Improvements
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
1. Have a passion for leading teams
2. Comfortable and confident using all Microsoft Office packages
3. Strong communication skills to connect with your team and stakeholders
4. Ability to handle and resolve queries effectively
5. A genuine enthusiasm for personal and professional development
