We are recruiting for a Hyundai Parts and Service Advisor Apprentice and we currently have a position available at our dealership in Bury St Edmunds.

What you’ll do:
The Parts Advisor apprenticeship programme is delivered over a period of 24 months. You will receive a combination of on-the-job training and 6 one-week block release placements at Nottingham College.
You will work alongside colleagues who have a wealth of experience to share with you. The main role of the Parts Advisor is to look after the workshop counter and trade customers, although you will be involved in all areas of the Parts Department’s roles, such as overseeing all parts into the Department, allocating parts to correct bins, and sending back exchanged/unwanted parts accordingly. You will also be involved in maintaining stock levels.
All our Apprentices have a mentor who will help to guide and coach them in the workplace, along with regular contact from Apprenticeship tutors and assessors.
