Our client is seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator/Manager to join their friendly and growing team. This is a varied and hands-on role that involves managing relationships, logistics, and processes. * Based in Esher
* £30,000 salary
* Monday – Friday
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
Job Specification:
* Build and maintain relationships with businesses and organisations to promote material reuse.
* Respond promptly and professionally to incoming emails and calls.
* Accurately process invoices in a timely manner.
* Manage social media platforms and LinkedIn leads.
* Conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Prepare reports and maintain precise records.
* Coordinate drivers and labourers as needed.
* Work closely with Project Managers and the Managing Director to align logistics with project objectives.
* Log and input buyer data into the company database.
* Oversee material inventory, ensuring accurate descriptions and labelling.
* Manage the storage facility, ensuring materials are well-organised and properly logged.
Person Specification:
* Must have a driving license.
* Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
* Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
* Able to perform effectively under pressure.
