* Support the operation by being the first point of contact for all people matters
* Adopt a hands-on a visible approach to people matters across the sites
* Advise and coach the sites on employee relations matters, taking ownership of complex cases
* Implement and review a people strategy focused on the development and well- being of our team
* Ensuring that the company’s recruitment and selection process attracts and retains high calibre talent
* Support the integration of our training culture across the group which inspires and motivates the team
* Provide comprehensive reporting on all KPI’s utilising all HR systems integrated into the operation
* Driving succession planning within our sites by promoting the completion of all reviews and performance development journeys
* Proactive in establishing relations and connections across all locations which could help support with the development of our own people culture and strategies
* Oversee the entire payroll
* Responsible for 100% compliance with statutory HR requirements
* Support with maintenance of the Company’s skilled worker license.
* Travel across all our sites will be required
* Previous experience in a hospitality environment is required
