Job description
We are looking for a professional, bright, well-spoken and articulate individual who has a passion for sales and providing excellent customer service. Role and responsibilities will include but not limited to;
•Liaising with clients and candidates on a daily basis
•Sourcing own leads to prospect potential new clients via phone/email
•Building your own pool of clients
•Setting up and managing your own accounts
•Sifting and shortlisting CV’s
•Writing up job descriptions
•Invoicing (when required)
•Processing vacancies
•Provide excellent customer services at all times
•Working within a small team so you must be adaptable and help other when required
Candidate Requirements
You will be speaking to decision makers such as Company Directors, Recruitment Managers, Office Managers, Finance Managers etc on a daily basis so the successful candidate MUST be well spoken and articulate. You must also show the following skills/behaviours;
•Sales and target driven
•Enjoy speaking with people on all levels
•Professional both face to face and over the phone
•Can work alone as well as a team
•Must be able to work with minimum supervision
•Must be able to handle rejection
•Computer literate, must be comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
•Team player
More than experience, we are looking for someone who is ambitious and has a desire to learn and grow with the company. You will be working within a small team of 3 people as such you will be a key player within the team so you must be 100% committed and dedicated to your role.
In return after successful completion of probation period you will be offered a permanent salaried position plus an uncapped commission structure, plus other benefits. Realistic OTE is £40K per annum once established. First Year realistic OTE is around £25-£27K but this can be a lot higher, it’s all down to how much effort you put in.
