We are working with a Chartered, Award Winning, and established IFA firm that provides high quality and reliable Financial Advice across the East Midlands. They consist of a team with a strong work ethic, determination, and professionalism.
You will be responsible for managing client relationships via telephone, email, and face-to-face whilst updating CRM systems with accurate client information. You will also support paraplanners and financial advisors in carrying out research, writing basic suitability reports, and preparing valuations. In addition to this, you will submit new business and process pension and investment transactions.
About You...
1. Have at least 3 years experience within a Financial Services Administration role
2. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
3. Ability to multitask
4. Knowledge of XPLAN software is desired
