As our new Sales Operations Specialist, you will effectively manage the operational administrative tasks associated with the end-to-end process for Software and Crayon Services. You will be supporting the Sales Teams and wider business in retaining and growing our client base by managing incoming Quotes and Orders and owning the renewals process for our vendors. In this role, you will be proactive in providing timely and accurate responses to quotes, invoices, orders, contracts, and renewals.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting customers in making the best software investment decisions while supporting Sales and Specialist teams by facilitating discussions and driving optimal outcomes.
* Pro-active renewals management, ensuring we deliver on-time, accurate renewals offerings whilst ensuring optimisation and cost management are a constant throughout the renewals cycle.
* Pre- and post-purchase process management, ensuring we maximise on the best possible price for our customers, seeing the purchase through to successful utilisation and deployment.
* Collaborating with vendors such as Microsoft, Adobe, Veeam, Oracle, Nitro, Rubrik.
* Working with internal systems such as CRM, D365FO, Jira, and Zendesk.
* 3+ years of experience from a similar role such as customer service and support, Software Specialist, Operations Specialist, etc.
* Experience with software and working on ERP/CRM systems.
* Software license experience (particularly with one or more of the following vendors: Microsoft, Adobe, VMware, Citrix, Veeam, Oracle).
* Experience in optimizing and demonstrating cost savings within existing and new accounts.
