As part of the Brand Marketing team, you will collaborate closely with the Brand Marketing Manager to create, build, and execute successful email campaigns that align with our broader customer engagement strategy. Additionally, you will manage content updates through our CMS platform and oversee the development of the Brand Marketing Assistant. In this role, you will also take the lead on planning and executing brand campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and market visibility. This includes managing Above-the-Line (ATL) marketing initiatives and working with external agencies and internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive brand growth. You will be responsible for leading the strategy for A/B testing, ensuring continuous optimization of digital campaigns, and improving performance to enhance both customer experience and brand engagement. Key Responsibilities: Website Maintenance & Analytics: Responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple websites, analyzing performance data and collaborating with the trading team to ensure optimal propositions are implemented across all platforms Website Management: Ensure all website content, promotions, and tone of voice align with brand guidelines. Work closely with the design team to maintain consistency and adherence to the brand’s identity Brand Campaign Delivery: Lead the execution of all brand campaigns, including sourcing and managing external agencies. Coordinate with the broader marketing and trading teams to ensure successful and on-brand campaign delivery, aligning with business objectives Product Launch Management: Act as the primary lead for all product launches, collaborating with the design team to ensure all assets meet manufacturer standards and are effectively merchandised across all websites Testing Strategy & Roadmap: Oversee the testing strategy and roadmap for mobiles.co.uk and e2save.com. Work closely with the Senior Designer and Front-End Developer to ensure alignment with business goals, continuously improving user experience and site performance CRM Program Management : Manage the day-to-day operations of the CRM program, including email marketing, creating personalized customer journeys, and optimizing UX for CLC customers. Team Leadership: Responsible for managing and developing direct reports, including the Brand Marketing Assistant, supporting their growth and performance within the team Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar industry Commercial acumen and experience of managing key product launch activity online Google Analytics experience Ability to work well under pressure, managing several projects simultaneously Ability to measure campaign performance, and uplift where necessary Commercially aware and able to support and turn wider company initiatives into firm actions Basic knowledge of HTML for website content and email marketing content Understanding of web design/user experience/branding development Landing page design/layout and optimisation Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint Great interpersonal skills Ability to influence and inspire across the business Positive attitude to feedback Ability to work to deadlines & under pressure Excellent attention to detail Strong typographic skills Resourceful, with the ability to make something from nothing We know our people are the secret to our success.
