YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs Support the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and all kitchen team members with daily tasks to ensure readiness for service Maintain and execute all kitchen preparation tasks with the highest possible standards of accuracy and in a timeliness Assist in daily setup and break down of the kitchen as requested while taking excellent care of the equipment and facilities Consistently uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation Participate in teamwork and foster a harmonious working climate Embrace change and deliver top results no matter the obstacle OUR REQUIREMENTS 1 years of relative experience in hospitality industry Follow COSHH and HACCP regulations Basic food hygiene and allergens awareness Strong knife skills and experience on hot and cold line Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Work independently and with all levels of leadership in a fast paced environment Contribute ideas, take ownership and go beyond responsibilities to ensure the success of the team Legal right to work in the UK Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Frequently moving and lifting items up to 25kg Work standing and walking for extended periods of time Spends time in a commercial kitchen environment
