Ensuring that all contracts are accurate and relevant documentation is correct and updated when necessary Undertake new contract surveys to generate asset list and price framework, on all installed M&E plant or systems as identified by the client. Assist with additional works and generating quotes. Work with the client and their budgets to provide condition, dilapidation and plant life expectancy reports along with competitive recommendations, payback time frames, health and safety and environmental innovations. Review and update site ‘risk registers’, identifying and managing potential risks and opportunities reporting and recording any discrepancies where necessary. Build and maintain effective relations with the customer and fellow business partners. Manage and conduct site/subcontractor audits, based on quality of good housekeeping, workmanship, value for money and response times. Audit contract delivery against what has been sold, ensuring compliance, effectiveness and profitability. Identify any health and safety issues relating to contracts and action as necessary. Ensure all opportunities for contract development and increased profit are exploited and contracts are won on re-tender. Form part of the management out of hours call out rota.
