Hours: Contracted hours are from 16 per week and are guaranteed hours. Bank Hours and Overtime are also available.

Training & Qualifications: No experience is required. We will ensure that you are comprehensively trained in the delivery of a high standard of personal care and support, whilst also respecting each service users individual, cultural, religious and communication needs as well as their abilities. Your training will be continuous and progressive and monitored through spot checking, reviews and supervisions to ensure that you have the relevant skills to treat each individual with a high level of dignity, privacy and respect.
Awarded Certificates: You will achieve the Care Certificate through Skills for Care and once completing a successful six month probationary period, you will be enrolled on to the Level 2 or 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care.
Communication: You will receive consistent communication and reassurance, both verbally and electronically, from our management and care teams whilst you are working remotely to ensure that you always feel supported. Updating feedback on the service user's health and well-being is important as care needs can change frequently, therefore we operate an in-depth, accurate method of electronic documentation for each service user. All members of 121 Care team are provided with a work mobile.
Daily Routine: Our typical route covers roughly 14 visits supporting around 7 service users, all close to one another, in and around the same area. Due to our commitment to continuity you will build relationships with your service users and their family members through regular interactions. Some tasks that you will assist service users with will be personal care, dressing, diet and medication, as well as social and emotional support.
