Your mission will be to create engaging, interactive sessions that inspire employees, using a variety of platforms and approaches. You will support the development of a learning culture and play a key role in delivering our Learning & Development Strategy. Key duties Create tailored training programs: Develop materials, presentations, and e-learning content to meet the needs of different departments. Deliver engaging sessions: Use a mix of tools and techniques to make our core training fun and impactful. Support new hires: Provide comprehensive induction training, empowering managers to help new employees hit the ground running. Collaborate with stakeholders: Conduct training needs analyses and design plans to close skills gaps across the organization. Evaluate success: Continuously improve training programs by tracking effectiveness through KPIs, participant feedback, and data. Stay ahead of trends: Keep up with industry best practices and update materials to stay relevant. Maintain accreditations: Keep certifications current for accredited courses like Proact SCIPr-UK, First Aid, and Mental Health First Aid (training for these will be provided) Work closely with the L&D team: Partner with Lead Trainers, L&D Co-ordinator, and Training Systems & Support Manager to manage training schedules and curriculum quality. Personal attributes Level 3 qualification in Teaching/Training or willingness to obtain Experience in designing and or delivering training programs Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners Flexibility with evolving learning technologies and methods A valid UK driver’s license and willingness to travel If you don’t think you’ve got all the above, but you have the drive and enthusiasm for this role with the potential to grow, please still consider applying.
