Sprung Studios is looking for an experienced Associate Producer to join our team, working on AAA games for console and mobile. We're interested in hearing from a skilled individual who enjoys a dynamic and varied workload, thrives on autonomy and values the opportunity to make a significant impact in our Brighton studio.
Working alongside the rest of the production team the Associate Producer will be responsible for working collaboratively with team members and clients, with a focus on project management skills in order to fulfil the needs of the client in a timely manner.

We have worked on some of the world's biggest games for clients such as EA, Microsoft, Bethesda, SEGA, and many more. You will have responsibility for:
* Provide Production support to a multi-discipline team
* Track team progress and maintain the project schedule
* Work with the team to plan realistic project scope
* Ensure that your assigned project(s) finishes on-time, adheres to the budget and meets the high-quality standards required
* Use Sprung's project management tools and techniques to ensure the above
* Participate in and facilitate meetings with our development partners
* Work closely with team members to fulfil the needs of the project
* Work with the Studio Director to manage the feature schedule, milestones, and sprint deliverables
Key Skills and Experience:
* 2+ years of experience in game production, entertainment, game design, or relevant experience working with creative teams/media
* Experience developing roadmaps and creating associated tasks
* Working knowledge of Project Management tools (ADO, Jira)
* Experience with waterfall and Agile inspired development processes
* A passion for UX and UI Design
