As a Streetworks Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the ICP Project Management team, being responsible for all aspects relating to the Streetworks process. This is an excellent opportunity for a Streetworks professional to join an ambitious and rapidly growing company with the ICP industry.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Liaison with local authorities to arrange all permits and completion of the scheduled works
* Management of Streetworks noticing from raising, closing and registering
* Tracking notice / permit applications
* Arranging Traffic Management and ensuring the correct Traffic Management is booked in for each job
* Completion of TTRO forms where applicable
* Process electronic permit notifications such as closures, registrations and modifications in line with NRSWA requirements
* Maintain close working relationships with local authorities
* Communicate with the Project Managers, Site Managers & Supervisors for progress updates
* Management of the Streetworks inbox
* Management of Streetworks trackers on internal system
* Work with wider team in resolving delays and disruptions to the program
* Work with internal teams to mitigate issue of FPN’s & Section 74’s
Knowledge/Experience/Skills
* Experience working for an ICP/Electrical Utilities company in a Streetworks role
* Experience working on permitting systems and applications
* Experience in an Administrative role
* Understanding of NRSWA compliance procedures
* Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational skills
* Experience in working in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications/Skills
* NVQ Business Administration Level 2 or equivalent would be an advantage
* Excellent IT skills – competent use of Microsoft Office packages
* A-C level grade GCSE and Math and English
