The Role
Compass Associates are working with a private elderly care provider who operate a remit of care homes across the North and are now looking for a new Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations for one of their services on the Wirral. With new company initiatives implemented; improving compliance, quality of care and retention rates around senior vacancies, this business continues to go from strength to strength.
The provider is now looking for an experienced Registered Manager, preferably nurse qualified, who can help drive on recent successes and create a positive culture to allow staff the opportunity to provide the best care possible. Although the service requires an experienced manager to help it progress, the home has a solid reputation with various stakeholders that add value to the already successful service.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have registered management experience and managed an elderly care home that provides nursing care. The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that their focus is to run a successful care home, with a positive staff culture and compliant in line with CQC requirements. This position requires a positive person who can motivate and empower a competent staff team, as well as being commercially savvy and ensure the service goes above and beyond to provide outstanding care for its residents.
Location
This role is based on the Wirral and is commutable from Liverpool, Warrington, Chester, Widnes and Runcorn.
