The role
We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our transformation team in a newly created role aimed at strengthening relationships with the landlords of M247's leading connected building & Radio estate.
This position focuses on enhancing relationships, driving sales, and identifying new opportunities for expansion while managing our current portfolio effectively.
The role will be crucial in ensuring high levels of utilisation and maximizing profit margins across our estate by effectively managing assets and collaborating with internal teams to maintain up-to-date records in real-time.
* Develop and Strengthen Relationships: Build, enhance, and expand relationships with landlords and letting agents by leveraging our existing network and seeking new partnership opportunities.
* Engage in Regular Communication: Conduct site visits & Account meetings, schedule conference calls, and manage email communications to maintain consistent contact with key accounts and stakeholders.
* Drive Sales Opportunities: Manage new business leads from initial contact through to sale completion and oversee the delivery of services to ensure a smooth process, collaborating with our delivery teams.
* Maintain Accurate Records: Regularly update the records database to ensure all contact and asset information is current and precise.
* Reporting and Analysis: Produce reports as needed to track progress, analyse data, and inform decision-making.
