We are looking for an organised Administrator with a passion for making a difference to others. You’ll be working 30 hours a week at Thistle House helping ensure the safe and smooth running of services for the people in our care. Situated in a residential area of Broughty Ferry in Dundee, Thistle House is a specialist residential service supporting up to ten individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. The team of nurses and support workers also support those with behaviours that may challenge, as well as those who have associated mental health needs. Thistle House is a purpose-built building with its own gardens. The service delivers 24 hour care and support within a structured environment. There are a number of living areas for individuals to choose from, whether they want time to socialise as a group, or to spend time alone. Everyone has their own en-suite bedroom, which they are encouraged to decorate and personalise to suit their own personal style. Your day-to-day Provide a high standard of organisational & administrative support Prepare reports & other written materials Keep files & records as required Work co-operatively with all other members of the administration team to ensure the department runs smoothly Occasionally taking notes & minutes at meetings when required Answer the telephone & respond to all enquiries in a friendly, efficient manner Why Cygnet?
