The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Science Teacher to join the team in Bournville. The successful candidate will teach Science to students from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5, fostering a love for the subject and helping students achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the curriculum standards for KS3, KS4, and KS5 as a Science teacher in Bournville.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
Use innovative teaching strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental meetings.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress.Qualifications and Experience:
A relevant degree and a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent).
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK.
Experienced Science teacher at KS3, KS4, and KS5.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for being a Science teacher.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create engaging and differentiated lesson plans.
