You will be working for a leading constructionpany at the north-west head office on an ongoing temporary basis.
Your new role
While the role is based on reception, there is not a huge volume of calls or visitors, so the position will be heavily administration focused. On the reception side, you will be meeting and greeting visitors, handling iing calls, dealing with iing and outgoing post and just generally managing the reception area. On the administration side, you will be managing and inputting information into databases and spreadsheets, organising meetings, which will include sending out invites, managing room bookings and organising refreshments, and providing general administrative support to the office manager and other staff.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have recent relevant administrative experience, be a confidentmunicator, have strong IT skills and be happy to turn your hand to anything administrative.
What you'll get in return
This role offers an hourly rate of £12 plus holiday pay, free parking, early finish every Friday and the potential to be permanent.
