We provide a reactive and PPM service to a customer base predominantly in the travel sector (motorway services, Airports and train stations). We provide national coverage with teams of engineers based throughout the country. We work to customers SLA’s to help maintain their business and keep their downtime to a minimum reducing the impact of lost revenue. We offer a reactive service to all things commercial catering, both gas and electrical and we have a dedicated team of electricians who perform electrical testing (PAT & fixed wire), installations, lighting maintenance and electrical remedial work. Requirements for commercial catering engineer role: COMCAT’s 1, 3 & 5 minimum (LPG and test & purge preferred) Good electrical understanding (minimum qualification of basic electrical competency and safe working practices, CCEECC) Good level of experience working within breakdown, service/repair & installation. rundown of what experience they have, length of time spent in the industry, manufacturer experience and why they are looking for a move. Willing to cover OOH on a 1 in 4 basis. Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Able to use, and understanding of, digital job sheets and customer portals. Although you will be part of a set area (team), there may be times where you are asked to assist in another area if able to do so although this will only be when options are limited. What we offer is: A competitive salary depending on qualifications/experience and location. 40 hour working week with overtime paid after 40 hours Mon-Fri (O/T paid Sat-Sun) 100 stand-by fee, O/T paid at time and a half and double time for Sundays & bank holidays. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (bonus day after 5 years of service).
