Job Duties:
* Plan and deliver engaging maths and English lessons to students
* Assess students' learning needs and develop individualised learning plans
* Provide constructive feedback to students to support their progress
* Monitor and track students' progress and adjust teaching methods as needed
* Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding students' performance
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Degree in Mathematics, English, or related field
* Proven experience in tutoring or teaching maths and English
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong knowledge of the national curriculum for maths and English
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet individual student needs
* Organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
