Due to continued success, a UK head office location of a global multi-branch organisation has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Call Handler to join their customer service team. You will be supporting customers across the UK:
1. Answering incoming calls and responding to emails from customers
2. Providing customer care, and assisting/resolving questions or queries
3. Updating database with call information
4. Making outbound calls to customers who have left messages on the internal system
5. Raising credits for returns
6. Liaising internally with other departments in relation to customers' needs
7. Administration duties related to the role
We would expect the successful Customer Service Call Handler to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and database management. You should be an excellent communicator with a friendly, confident, and customer-focused telephone manner. You will be supported to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This role would be ideal for you if you have worked as a Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Administrator, or Call Centre Operator.
