We are looking for a passionate and organised Admissions Officer to join our team and help guide prospective students and families through the admissions process. The Admissions Officer will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for prospective students and their families. This position requires excellent communication, organisational skills, and a genuine interest in helping students find the right fit within our school community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and process student applications and supporting documents.
* Provide personalised guidance to prospective students and their families.
* Organise and attend school tours, open mornings, and other admissions-related events.
* Communicate with prospective students, parents, and guardians via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
* Maintain accurate records in the student information system.
* Support the Director of Admissions and Bursaries with data analysis and reporting related to enrollment trends.
* Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in student admissions.
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in admissions, customer service, or a related field.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and student information systems such as Open Apply and SIMS.
* Experience of working in a busy office environment and dealing with many conflicting priorities.
