This is a full-time position reports directly into the General Manager and is responsible for delivering an elevated fitness experience through our products such as MOVE, REDEFINE, Personal and Group Training.

Job Description
Responsibility
8. Represent Everlast Gyms as an ambassador for fitness
9. Demonstrate our elevated ways of working always
10. Lead national focuses & incentives like #WorkoutWednesday & in-gym challenges / events
11. Advocate for our member on-boarding program, MOVE. Deliver and lead by example in this area. Supporting and training the wider team to improve confidence and delivery
12. Own the REDEFINE product, driving cohort sales and high levels of engagement throughout the programme
13. Recruit, train & mentor Fitness Coaches & Personal Trainers
14. Ownership of group training timetables & monitoring performance as per company KPI’s.
15. Grow and optimise member engagement within your community
16. Delivery of own on-shift classes as per gym guidelines
17. Big focus on driving new member sales and retaining existing members to grow live member movement
18. Supporting the wider team by driving all revenue lines from membership sales to product & secondary, to drive profitability of the gym
19. Lead by example on reception and the gym floor in this member facing role designed to enhance every visit
20. Willing and able to deliver honest, constructive feedback regularly to support all team members in achieving their potential and challenging them on a daily basis
21. Drive personal training session sales to members and deliver personal training sessions each month
Qualifications
Need to have
22. Passion for health, fitness and wellness
23. Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification
24. CIMSPA Practitioner level certification
25. • Knowledge of running personal training sessions
26. Strong leadership qualities & a passion for coaching others
27. Experienced delivery of a variety of group training modalities
28. Keep up to date with the most relevant fitness treads within the industry
29. Adaptability in communication and management style to motivate and inspire the team
30. A positive, solutions driven mindset in the face of adversity
31. A member champion mentality with exceptional interpersonal skills
32. Driven and ambitious with a keen desire to learn and develop both behaviours and competencies specific to the role
33. Flexibility in working hours and location to support the needs of the business including weekends and Bank Holidays when required
