Responsibilities
Within this role you will be working alongside the Business Development Managers to support them with the tasks and actions required to successfully engage with and onboard new accounts. It’s expected that this will be a fast-paced role, with no two days being the same! Our ability to tailor solutions to meet the needs of our Global customers is what sets us apart at Skanwear. This role will immerse you in all areas of the Business Development process with customers based globally. You will be working with some of the biggest companies globally to support with their Skanwear journey. There is no requirement for Global travel in this role as most of the meetings you’ll join will be held via Teams. A key duty of this role is working closely with the Business Development Managers to keep them freed up from customer tasks and actions by supporting and coordinating internally to send customer samples, capture and action tasks from meetings – all the time keeping the Business Development Managers updated on status and next steps. The second key duty of this role is ensuring the seamless onboarding and integration of strategic clients with Skanwear. This role involves overseeing the entire customer integration process, including financial setup, documentation and confirmation of project scope, product and service requirements, ERP integration, and compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs). The goal is to deliver exceptional customer experience from the moment the client commits to working with Skanwear through to the successful receipt of their first and subsequent orders. Keeping them updated at each stage, managing expectations with all stakeholders. You’ll be hands-on managing the process with the client and working with many different departments to utilise our in-house experts to get new customers up and running with Skanwear as smoothly and seamlessly as possible. Qualifications
Preferred:
* Proven experience in customer onboarding, project management, or customer success roles, preferably with strategic accounts.
* Presentable and Professional manner with clients.
* Experienced and competent user of Microsoft Office software (PPT, Excel, Word).
* Strong understanding of ERP systems and integration processes.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Confident individual who can build trust and confidence with colleagues.
* Clear communicator (both internally and externally).
* Had some exposure to global business collaborations – cultural awareness and nuances.
