Business Development Executive
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Salary: £28,000 + Monthly Bonus
Hours: Full-time or 4 days per week would be considered
Benefits: 23 days annual leave + stats (increasing with service), generous company bonus, free on-site parking
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to contribute to our client’s growth and success. By successfully engaging with the prospect database, you will play an essential role in improving and increasing the flow of new leads into the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
* Utilise the contact database to identify and segment prospects based on various criteria such as industry, company size, and job roles.
* Achieve quantity and quality targets in scheduling qualified leads for onsite and online meetings.
* Follow up leads and maintain accurate records of interactions and prospect details in CRM.
* Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and provide feedback on lead quality.
* Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets for booked meetings.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in a business development/sales role
* Proficiency in contact database management and CRM software
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong relationship building skills
* Results driven
The successful candidate will have a track record of successfully achieving sales-led KPIs as well as being able to gather valuable qualitative information from prospect conversations.
