Purpose of the role: The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining the smooth running of production in Phase 2/3 areas. You will be committed to upholding standards of the food safety, legality, quality and integrity. In this role you will be required to work 5 days out of 7 days. Saturday and Sunday 07.00- 16.00h, Monday to Friday 11.00- 20.00h. Key Accountabilities: You will assist the Warehouse Manager in the running of a busy warehouse and dispatch infrastructure with duties including: Ensuring effective development of the team structure, ensuring skills and knowledge are up to required standards. Maintaining KPIs to required standards and reported on a weekly basis to Warehouse Manager. Day to day running of GMP/ health and safety/ risk assessments. Creating monthly rota for staff members, including manning and staffing levels. Chairing daily team meeting as required. Create a training matrix and SMART plan for staff members and monitor all training progress. IT literate (AX, Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook) A flexible approach to both duties and hours of work. Can work well in a team as well as individually. Leadership skills. Ability to motivate team members and work under pressure. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS Days of work are 5 out of 7 as per rota, including Saturday and Sunday working. Working hours: Saturday/Sunday 07.00- 16.00h, Monday to Friday 11.00- 20.00h. Overtime is required as and when necessary to meet demands of the business. Peak working times include Easter, Mother's Day, Father Day, Bank Holidays and Christmas/New Year period.
