Finance Associate – Hybrid Working

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Supporting management accounts preparation, including ownership of control account reconciliation.
2. Overseeing the purchase ledger—from ordering and invoicing to approval, processing, and payment.
3. Monitoring and managing bank transactions, assisting with cash flow strategy and placement of funds in deposit accounts.
4. Tracking business expenditure, identifying and reporting variances to budget.
5. Raising sales invoices and reconciling fees within Curo, our business CRM system.
6. Providing ad hoc financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
Who We’re Looking For:
1. AAT Level 4 qualified or equivalent practical experience.
2. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, comfortable working with and analysing data.
3. Detail-oriented, with a high commitment to accuracy and quality.
4. A team player who enjoys working in a professional and fast-paced environment.
5. Hybrid working flexibility—you’ll be based in our office at least two days a week.
