A one-of-a-kind pub with a nod to our heritage. What is the role? To assist the Bar Manager in all aspects of running The Dell pub on match days and non-match days, ensuring the pub is a go to for all. What will you be doing? Supporting the manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing team and scheduling shifts. Collaborating with the manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profits. Ensuring that food and beverage quality and presentation meet high standards by conducting regular taste tests and monitoring customer feedback. Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Managing inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant. Address any issues or complaints raised by customers taking appropriate action to resolve them and pro-actively reducing future complaints. Work closely with other departments within the stadium to ensure smooth operations. Contribute to special events and promotions to drive business during quiet periods. Contribute to creating a positive and professional environment within the team. Is this you? Qualifications Proven experience in managing a busy restaurant or similar establishment. Food Safety Certificate L2 or L3 Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining exceptionally high standards. Strong Knowledge of food and beverage. Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in restaurant management. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
