The big debate, work from home or in the office? It’s become so boring. Who cares, right?
Wrong.
Many of the subcontractors in drylining and suspended ceiling fit out still apply the archaic mantra of bottoms on seats with contracted hours being far less than is expected.
Well not for my client. No conversation needed.
Work from home two days a week (more can be negotiated for the right person) and when you do go to the office, all your travel expenses (car parking, petrol, trains whatever) will be paid for by the company. They will swallow your tax, no problem.
The company employs a good bunch of people who have a laugh and work hard too. The office is swanky too.
You will need to be able to adapt to a pressured environment when the time calls. The company has high expectations but will reward you with other benefits such as a 10% bonus, which has been paid out every year since its inception.
Here’s the deal, this drylining and ceiling subcontractor has been in operation for four years with an annual turnover of £20M. They also have £4.5M sitting in cash reserves so they are cash rich.
How?
