The role of Lead Generation Specialist revolves around stimulating business development through prospecting new customers and managing your own existing clientele. Six months of experience in business-to-business sales within the utilities industry is desirable, although not exclusive. A high degree of competence in communication, persuasion, and objective handling is crucial.

1. Prospect for potential customers and create new business opportunities.
2. Effectively up-sell and cross-sell from our service catalogue.
3. Collect and analyse market and customer data to leverage sales opportunities.
4. Attain authorisation of bills and approval from customers.
5. Overcome customer objections, transforming them into opportunities.
6. Ensure all customer information is accurate and compliance-adherent.
7. Maintain a professional representation of our business at all times.
8. Collaborate efficiently with a Senior Closing Specialist to ensure leads are properly handled.
9. Respond professionally to all email and telephone inquiries.
10. Capitalize on sales opportunities to meet and surpass targets and KPIs.
11. Manage your client base effectively.
12. Build and sustain a robust customer pipeline.
13. Attend necessary training sessions.
