The key responsibilities include: Picking Flowers : Carefully selecting and picking flowers to maintain the highest quality. Packing : Efficiently packing flowers and leaf products into bags, crates, and punnets to meet our quality standards. Team Collaboration : Working effectively within a team to ensure smooth operations. Planting : Potting or planting young plants to ensure a healthy start and optimal growth. Weeding : Removing unwanted plants to maintain crop health. Plant Care : Performing plant care tasks such as pruning to promote healthy growth. Working Hours: This is a full-time position with the following hours: Monday to Friday : 6am until finish (usually around 4pm). Rotational Saturdays : 6am until 12pm. Bank Holidays : Some bank holiday working may be required.
